Regulations and restrictions

• Orders are shipped only on business days, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• All our orders are shipped through Canada Post.
• Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

• When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by Canada Post. Use your tracking number to get an accurate response directly on the Canada Post website.
